General terms and conditions

  1. Payment is made in cash to the driver. At the start of the ride the full payment is requested if booked in this way (if desired you can get a proof of payment from the driver). If you would like an invoice, it will be sent after your return home.
  2. All complaints regarding invoices must be made by registered letter and within 7 days after the invoice date.
  3. Transport takes place under the responsibility of the customer, but BLUESKYSHUTTLE will do its utmost to bring persons or goods to their destination on time.
  4. By booking a service on our website, you enter into a contract with the driver.
  5. In case of cancellation within 48 hours, half of the total amount will be charged. Within 24h the full amount.
  6. BLUESKYSHUTTLE cannot be held responsible for delays, changes or cancellations of the service due to force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances. However, we will do everything in our power to prevent this from happening.
  7. Waiting times caused by the actions of customers can be charged by BLUESKYSHUTTLE, the customer is bound to notify BLUESKYSHUTTLE immediately, if his flight is delayed by more than 30 minutes.
  8. If your flight is delayed, we will give priority to customers departing on a trip.
  9. If your flight has landed too early, you may have to wait for the driver, but we will try to prevent this.
  10. If you provide us with incorrect data (e.g. departure time abroad instead of arrival time in Belgium) we cannot guarantee that a driver will be available.
  11. For each contract entered into with the driver, the renter declares that he will use the service of at least 3 hours.
  12. Wearing a seat belt is required by law. A fine for not wearing a seatbelt will be recovered from the traveler.
  13. Child seats are provided free of charge at BLUESKYSHUTTLE. These must be requested in advance and depend on availability.
  14. Costs resulting from damage or contamination caused by the customer will be charged. The amount of €300 must be paid immediately to the driver.
  15. Deviations from our standard services are possible by mutual agreement. For these deviations, additional costs may be charged which will be communicated to the customer in advance.
  16. All these general terms and conditions are subject to Belgian law. BLUESKYSHUTTLE may amend these general terms and conditions at any time.
